How to enforce private models for sensitive use cases

I use Venice with Opencode on a home server with sensitive data - I always use private models but there's always a chance that I slip up one day and use an anonymized model or some config changes to one. How do I ensure that there's a hardcoded safeguard that enforces private models? Specifically not an agent instruction or anything that could be bypassed
