In short.Learn Venice is a free educational hub and community. Be a good citizen, own what you post, and understand that guides and community answers are for learning — they're provided as-is, without warranty, and they aren't official Venice support.
1. Acceptance
Learn Venice at https://learn.venice.ai is operated by the Venice User Education team("we", "us"). By accessing the site or creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use Learn Venice, and old enough to form a binding agreement. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. What the service is
Learn Venice provides educational guides, a video wiki, and a community forum where members ask and answer questions, share showcases, and request guides. Reading is open to everyone; posting requires an account.
4. Your account
- You sign in with Discord or an email magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure.
- Your account is pseudonymous— a generated handle, not your real name. Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
- One person, one account. Don't create accounts to evade moderation or rate limits.
5. Community rules
When you post, comment, vote, or otherwise contribute, you agree not to:
- Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually exploitative content.
- Spam, flood, or post deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Share malware, exploits, or others' private information without consent.
- Attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the site's security, rate limits, or moderation, or to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the service beyond normal use.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Learn Venice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the community(for example, showing your post on a guide page it relates to). You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it.
Community posts are public and may be indexed by search engines. Contributions reflect their authors, not Venice or Learn Venice.
7. Moderation
To keep the community useful and safe, we may remove content, limit rates, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — with or without notice. Members can report content, which is reviewed by moderators. Moderation decisions are ours to make at our discretion.
8. Relationship to Venice
Learn Venice is an educational resource about Venice. It is separate from the Venice application at venice.ai, which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Your use of Venice, its API, or any third-party tool referenced in a guide is subject to thoseproviders' terms. Guides and community answers are educational and may become outdated as products change; they aren't official support, financial, legal, or professional advice.
9. Third-party services and links
The site links to and relies on third-party services (such as Discord for sign-in and the tools covered in our guides). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
Learn Venice is provided "as is" and "as available,"without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any guidance will produce a particular result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Venice User Education team and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Learn Venice.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Venice User Education team from claims arising out of your content or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
You can stop using Learn Venice and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the effective date above, and for material changes we'll give notice in the community. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Operating entity and jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch.)
